My quest for Boston is finally approaching. I was able to register within the 8 hours or so that it took to fill in all 25,000 spots and just a couple of hours ago I received notification of my acceptance into the race. For those that got confirmed, you should have received something like this:
“Dear xxxxxxx xxxx,

You can verify your acceptance into the field by searching the 115th Boston Marathon Entrants database on the B.A.A. web site. Additionally, a Confirmation of Acceptance card will be mailed to you via US Postal Service mail.
